QAQC Manager - Manufacturing - Tangerang (B-133089)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Tangerang.

• Our client is a Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for QA QC Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities to ensure products meet customer specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

• Establish and monitor quality standards, inspection procedures, and quality objectives across manufacturing processes and finished products.

• Analyze quality performance, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement.

• Manage internal and external quality audits, customer audits, and certification audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.

• Oversee calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment to ensure measurement accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to improve product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and coach the QA/QC team through training, competency assessments, and performance management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies.

• Prepare quality reports, monitor KPIs, and provide recommendations to management for operational improvements.

• Support management on strategic quality initiatives and have the authority to stop production or reject non-conforming products when quality standards are not met.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Business English proficiency effective for technical communication with foreigners.

• Minimum 6 years of working experience as a QA/QC Manager in the cable manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).

• Proven experience in managing QA/QC teams and leading quality improvement activities.

• Good leadership, communication, assertiveness, analytical, and decision-making skills.
