Whatshop is a social commerce platform that relies on Affiliates and Resellers to generate sales. Rather than selling directly to customers, we empower our affiliates with products, content, training, and support to help them successfully promote products and earn commissions.

We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven individual who can guide, coach, and support our affiliates in achieving more orders and building sustainable sales performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Operation team to achieve operational and sales targets.

• Develop and execute strategies to improve affiliate and reseller performance, engagement, and retention.

• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and key operational metrics, and take corrective actions when needed.

• Design and oversee sales campaigns, incentive programs, and affiliate growth initiatives.

• Analyze operational and sales data to identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.

• Collaborate with Product, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

• Establish SOPs, workflows, and performance standards to improve operational efficiency.

• Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations to management based on data and market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Sales Operations or related fields.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. (Must)
