Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
More than 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master (with 2 years' experience in a leadership role)
Experience in software development as a Developer/Programmer is preferrable
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Proficient in English (written and oral)
Job Description
Lead Agile & SAFe practices within the product team
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and SAFe events
Monitor team performance and delivery quality
Remove blockers and improve team productivity
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, RTEs, and stakeholders
Foster team collaboration and self-organization
