Assembly Supervisor

Overview:
One of our clients, an Electronic Manufacturing company, is looking for an Assembly Supervisor with experience in the assembly of household refrigerators and freezers

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Warehouse Management or Logistic.
• Having over 2 years of experience in production process management, familiar with production operations, capable of planning production management at the process level, personnel management, production scheduling, and possessing management experience for teams of no less than 50 people.
• Familiar with the manufacturing process of household refrigerators and freezers, and possess team management skills.
• The on-site production scheduling is clear, ensuring the successful completion of the daily production plan.
• The 6S management on site is in place, ensuring that the production site is properly organized, cleaned, and kept tidy.
• Properly plan and guide the career development of employees, ensuring the achievement of the overall performance goals of the production team.
• Be responsible for the safety of the on-site production area, ensuring that there are no accidents or casualties during the production process.
• Be responsible for the input and output of on-site production, and ensure that the accounts and physical inventory of on-site production materials and semi-finished products are consistent.
• Strong practical aptitude, high sense of responsibility, and ability to endure hard work.
• Demonstrated safety awareness with no record of major safety incidents
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit

Job Descriptions:
• Timely solve problems in the on-site production process, conduct analysis and rectification, and formulate the department's daily work plan.
• The 6S management in the on-site production area is standardized and visualized.
• Be responsible for the performance assessment of team members, especially that of the team leaders.
