As our business rapidly expands in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a professional to support both our Indonesian PT entity. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between strategic business growth. You will be at the heart of our Indonesian operations.

About the Growth Strategy Team

The Growth Strategy Team reports directly to the CEO and leads company-wide strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across both domestic and international operations.

Global Business

• Plan and develop new B2B business opportunities

• Establish and manage overseas subsidiaries, including Finance, HR, IT, and corporate operations

Business Management

• Lead business planning, budgeting, and financial performance management for five domestic and overseas subsidiaries

Strategic Projects

• Support IPO preparation

• Strengthen internal controls (including ITGC)

• Support M&A projects

• Coordinate government relations and strategic corporate initiatives

What You'll Do

B2B Sales Project Management

• Deliver solution demonstrations alongside our Indonesia team

• Prepare customer proposals and commercial documents

• Manage the entire sales process, including pricing, contract negotiation, and execution
  

Indonesia B2B Business Management & HQ Coordination

• Monitor the B2B sales pipeline by tracking customer meetings, sales opportunities, and overall pipeline progress, while supporting performance management of the Indonesia sales team.

• Coordinate business activities between HQ and the local team by reviewing proposals, solution demonstrations, and commercial terms (e.g., pricing and discounts) to ensure alignment with HQ strategy and profitability objectives, while managing the internal approval process.

Overseas Subsidiary Operations & HQ Reporting

• Manage local operational issues and communicate with HQ by maintaining visibility over Finance, HR, General Affairs, and Legal matters, and providing timely and accurate updates on key issues and project progress.

• Execute HQ policies and operational guidelines by ensuring decisions and instructions from headquarters are effectively communicated to local employees and implemented consistently across the organization.
  

Business Planning & Performance Management

• Develop business plans and budgets

• Monitor business performance and support strategic decision-making

Overseas Assignment

• Work as an expatriate in overseas subsidiaries based on the company's business expansion plans

Strategic Projects

• Participate in CEO-led initiatives and company-wide strategic projects

Who We're Looking For

• A data-driven and profit-oriented thinker

• At least 5 years of experience in strategy, business planning, management consulting, project leadership, or related fields

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong adaptability and proactive decision-making

• Demonstrates a "Can-do", "Get Things Done", and "Hungry Mind" attitude

• Fluent in both Korean(or English) and Indonesian

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading projects end-to-end, from business model development through partnership and contract execution

• Professional experience in strategy consulting, investment banking (IB), private equity (PE), or similar fields, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on experience in the Indonesian market

• Solid understanding of the financial services and technology industries

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating executive-level presentation decks
