Description
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products and services.
- Document support interactions in the ticketing system for future reference and reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to communicate customer feedback and issues.
- Conduct training sessions and resource creation for customers on product usage.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; further technical certification is a plus.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years in technical support or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Database Management (SQL, API and MongoDB), basic understanding of Solidity, and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Working Conditions: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
