What You'll Do

As our Social Media Content Creator you'll be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases Rawform's projects, people, and craftsmanship. This is initially a contract-based role with the aim of becoming a full-time permanent role if the right candidate produces results aligned with the objectives of the business.

Responsibilities

1. Plan, create, and manage content for:

• Instagram (Reels, Feed & Stories)

• Facebook

• WhatsApp Business

1. Visit active project sites and our workshop to capture high-quality photo and video content.

• Develop creative content ideas including:

• Funny & relatable videos

• Educational content

• Behind-the-scenes

• Client journey

• Before & after transformations

• Furniture and interior tips

• Design trends based content

1. Create storyboards and content plans before filming.

2. Produce clear, simple, engaging scripts that help ensure captured content hits the objectives for the content

3. Edit short-form videos optimized for social media.

4. Manage posting schedule and content calendar.

5. Monitor engagement and recommend strategies to increase reach and followers.

6. Plan and manage Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook Ads).

7. Work closely with the founders and project team to capture ongoing projects.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

• Is based in Bali (required). Relocation support offered.

• Has proven experience creating engaging social media content

• Has strong videography and editing skills

• Can create content that is entertaining, educational, and visually appealing

• Understands Instagram trends, algorithms, and audience engagement

• Has experience running Meta Ads

• Can communicate confidently in English

• Is proactive, organized, and able to work independently

• Has their own content creation equipment (camera, phone, gimbal, microphone, lighting, etc.)

Equipment Compensation

You likely prefer using your own equipment, if that’s the case, Rawform will provide additional compensation to support the use and maintenance of your personal gear.

Step 1 — Portfolio Submission

• The results (views, engagement, conversions, or any measurable impact if available)

Step 2 — Creative Pitch

Imagine you've just joined Rawform.

Create a short presentation (PDF or Slides) explaining:

"How would you grow Rawform's Instagram into a more recognizable brand that generates consistent inbound leads?"

Include ideas such as:

• Content pillars

• Reels concepts

• Story strategy

• Community engagement

• Campaign ideas

• Growth strategy

• Posting frequency

• How you would differentiate Rawform from competitors

We care more about your creativity and thinking process than an AI-generated strategy.

Step 3 — Paid Creative Test

Choose one idea from your creative pitch and produce a short 20-30sec social media video (Reel).

This is a paid task. Candidates selected to complete this task will be paid a fixed amount of Rp300.000, regardless of whether you're ultimately hired.

This allows us to fairly compensate candidates for creative work while giving you an opportunity to showcase your skills.

You will be given 24hrs to complete the task.
