We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing professional to join our team at ÉPICE Indonesian Restaurant & CRÜ Corner Bistro, Kemang.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive daily sales, banquet and event sales (corporate, social, private dining, functions)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Handle inquiries, proposals, and event coordination from start to finish
Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategies
Work closely with operations team to ensure seamless event execution
Manage marketing initiatives to promote banquet and function spaces
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in banquet sales / hospitality sales
Strong network in corporate and social event market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
Presentable with strong understanding of hospitality service standards
Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
