Domestic E-Commerce Operations Specialist

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Strictly Onsite)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a growing electronics business selling on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Facebook. We are looking for someone who already knows how these platforms work and can hit the ground running.

Your main job: help grow our online sales.

This is a startup environment. You will work closely with the owner, handle multiple tasks daily, and be expected to work with minimal supervision. If you need to be told what to do every step of the way, this is not the right role for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage and grow our Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop stores
• Upload, update, and optimize product listings regularly
• Monitor competitor pricing and update our prices accordingly
• Reply to customer messages across all platforms daily
• Manage and grow our Facebook Business Page
• Assist in running Facebook Ads
• Handle basic accounting — track costs, log expenses, reconcile pricing
• Maintain and update product catalog with accurate pricing
• Track sales performance and submit weekly reports
• Handle general admin and operations tasks

REQUIREMENTS (non-negotiable)

• 1+ year hands-on experience with Shopee Seller Center, Lazada Seller Center, or TikTok Shop
• Uses AI tools (ChatGPT or Claude) regularly for work
• Basic Excel — price tracking, formulas, simple reporting
• Basic Canva for product photos and marketing materials
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work 100% onsite in Makati, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM
• Metro Manila residents only — must be able to commute to San Antonio, Makati daily

WHO WILL NOT BE APPROVED

• Applicants with no Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop Seller Center experience
• Applicants looking for remote, WFH, or hybrid work
• Applicants who need constant supervision
• Applicants based outside Metro Manila

WHAT WE OFFER

• PHP 800/day during probation (1 month)
• PHP 900/day after probation (~PHP 19,800/month)
• Strict 9AM to 5PM only — no night shift, no weekends
• Direct mentorship from the business owner
• Hands-on experience across multiple e-commerce platforms
