QA & QC ENGINEERING MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, or Production Engineering.

• Experience in factory construction, machine installation, commissioning, or new plant setup is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QA/QC systems, SOP, and Working Instructions (WI).

• Experienced in root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement.

• Able to coordinate cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, QC, Maintenance, Project, and Contractors).

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills in English (written & spoken).

• Willing to be based in Cikarang Industrial Area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor factory construction progress and ensure alignment with operational & manufacturing requirements.

• Coordinate with Site Supervision and Project Management teams on project progress, technical issues, and site activities.

• Review factory layout, utility, and production requirements during project execution.

• Participate in project meetings, site inspections, and technical discussions.

• Support equipment installation readiness, commissioning, and factory operational preparation.

• Supervise and control Quality Control and Engineering activities in manufacturing processes.

• Ensure all production processes comply with ISO 9001, company standards, WI, and SOP.

• Monitor and manage incoming, in-process, and final inspection to ensure product quality.

• Analyze quality issues, defects, customer complaints, and conduct root cause analysis with CAPA.

• Develop, review, and control quality documentation (WI, SOP, inspection checklist, and reports).

• Support and participate in internal and external audits (ISO, customer audit, etc.).

• Supervise the use and calibration of measuring instruments.

• Provide training and guidance to staff regarding quality standards and WI.

• Prepare regular reports on quality performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
