Qualifications

•  Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any field);
•  Experience in Customer Service / Support / Presales / Trainer is a plus;
•  Prior experience in Omnichannel and Warehouse Management System is a plus;
•  Basic understanding of inventory, logistics, or supply chain processes is a plus；
•  Familiarity with SaaS or system-based environments is an advantage；
•  Comfortable handling routine tasks as well as ad-hoc operational issues；
•  Experience in handling clients, vendors, or external partners is a plus；
•  Experience in startup or fast-growing companies is an advantage；
•  Proficient in English (both written and spoken), Mandarin is a plus；
•  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

•  Handle customer inquiries from multiple channels (Social Media, Telephone, etc.)
•  Respond to and manage two types of inquiries: 
•  New customers (Pre-sales) : collect information and pass to Sales
•  Existing customers (After-sales) : answer questions and provide support regarding system
•  Follow up on leads from the public pool and ensure proper handling and assignment 
•  Handle inquiries related to the system and coordinate with the Sales or relevant teams 
•  Conduct system demos for potential customers 
•  Support customer onboarding process for new users 
•  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the system  
•  Ensure timely response and maintain service quality across all communication channels
