Senior Finance & Accounting (English Speaker)

Job Description:

Manage and oversee the company's overall finance and accounting operations in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Perform bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger reconciliations.

Oversee the monthly and annual financial closing process.

Act as the communication liaison between the India and China teams regarding the approval of all expenses and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.

Prepare budgets, monitor budget realization, and conduct variance analysis.

Manage cash flow and ensure the availability of funds to support business operations.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support all tax reporting activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting; experience in a Senior Finance & Accounting role is an advantage.

Strong understanding of accounting standards, Indonesian tax regulations, and audit processes.

Proven ability to prepare and analyze financial statements.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems (such as Accurate, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar).

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment
