We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Draft, arrange, examine, review, and/or analyze, contracts, memorandums, regulations, and other related legal documents.
?Provide strategic solutions, advice, and opinions on cases and business transactions, addressing clients' legal needs effectively.
?Assist and represent clients in business negotiations and corporate matters, including litigation processes such as civil lawsuits, bankruptcy, suspension of payment, criminal cases, negotiation, and dispute settlement.
Liaise with judicial, legal, and government institutions to protect and maintain the legal interests and needs of clients.
Continuously manage case handling, monitor, and report on case progress in a comprehensive and timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1) from a reputable university.
At least 1-3 years of experience in a corporate law office or legal department.
Advocate license is preferred.
?Positive attitude, high initiative, and a proactive approach.
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team.
Strong research, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Responsible, growth mindset, effective time management, self-discipline, and honesty.
