Key Responsibilities
Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets to ensure costs remain within the approved budget.
Analyze project costs and monitor actual expenditures against the budget.
Prepare periodic cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis for management.
Identify potential cost overruns and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Finance teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
Support project planning by providing reliable cost data and financial analysis.
Maintain accurate documentation related to project cost control activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Control, Cost Engineering, Budgeting, or Project Cost Management within construction, infrastructure, port, industrial, or EPC projects.
Strong understanding of project cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience using Microsoft Project or other project management software is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
