Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or the footwear industry is preferred.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Basic understanding of production processes and work measurement.

• Knowledge of cycle time, time study, line balancing, production capacity, productivity, and manpower calculation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working directly in the production area.

• Willing to be placed in Gempol, Pasuruan.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle-time measurements for footwear production processes.

• Perform time studies and establish standard production times.

• Calculate production capacity and manpower requirements.

• Analyze line balancing and identify production bottlenecks.

• Recommend improvements to production methods and workflow.

• Prepare productivity and production-efficiency reports.

• Support continuous improvement programs in the production area.
