About the Role
PT Blue Waves Hospitality Indonesia, the parent company of PT Gelimang Artamas, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Staff to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's financial operations through accurate financial administration, payment processing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong analytical skills, and is committed to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily financial administration and accounting transactions
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and on time
- Prepare payment requests and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers
- Record and reconcile financial transactions in the accounting system
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Verify invoices and supporting documents before payment processing
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding financial matters
- Support the Finance Manager in daily finance operations and reporting
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in handling financial data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred
