Role Overview
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients of a UK-based financial account. Your role is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, empathetic, and effective support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support with payments and mobility services
- Serve as the primary contact for client accounts in financial services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues and improve client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- At least 2-years in College or Senior High School graduate
- Familiarity with customer service experience, especially phone-based.
- Strong communication skills;
