Social Media Specialist
This role is designed for someone who is passionate about social media strategy and content marketing. You will lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver creative, insight-driven, and impactful digital content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a creative, digital, or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing multiple brands across different industries.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and emerging social media platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt to different brand voices.
- Experience developing monthly content plans, campaign ideas, and editorial calendars.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience handling FMCG, automotive, or healthcare brands is a strong advantage.
Job Description:
- Translate client briefs into strategic social media plans, creative content ideas, and monthly content calendars that align with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Lead content ideation, campaign planning, and creative brainstorming sessions.
- Collaborate with creative, KOL, media, and account teams to ensure content execution aligns with campaign goals.
- Review and ensure content quality, consistency, and brand tone before publication.
- Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior to continuously improve content performance.
- Manage multiple brands simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Provide guidance and feedback to junior social media team members throughout the content development process.
- Support integrated marketing campaigns by contributing strategic social media recommendations.
