Job Descriptions
- Actively source and connect with new potential clients to expand the business pipeline.
- Manage proposal development and ensure timely delivery that meets quality and profitability standards.
- Prepare quotations with accurate profitability projections and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Participate in business events and external networking to strengthen client relationships and market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve proposal quality and competitiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 1–6 years of experience in business development, consulting, or client-facing roles in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Proven track record in new client acquisition, proposal management, and revenue generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust and credibility. High level of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify business opportunities.
- Analytical skills for profitability assessment and proposal evaluation.
- Project management skills to manage multiple proposals and client interactions simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM tools and business development platforms is a plus.
