Hostess

Job Description:

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Manage guest seating and waiting lists efficiently.
• Handle reservations and coordinate table availability with the restaurant team.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide basic information about the restaurant.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assist with special requests when appropriate.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the reception area.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School/Vocational High School graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; conversational English is required.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Friendly, courteous, and customer service-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Domicilie/stay in Ubud, Payangan.
