Demand Planning Staff

• Create and manage product demand planning by combining data from the sales team, demand history, and market trends.

• Validate and optimize demand predictions with input from previous experience and feedback from management.

• Coordinate with other departments such as production, distribution, and marketing to ensure demand needs are met.

• Monitor and analyze sales data to anticipate changing market needs and adjust demand plans.

• Manage the supply chain process so that the flow of products from production to outlets runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Reporting planning results and target achievements to management for evaluation and decision making.

• Use related systems and tools to support demand planning and control in an accurate and timely manner.

• Help prepare and socialize policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the department in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Ensure the use of the department's annual budget in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Communicate well with the team, direct superior and other departments.

• Report regularly to superiors regarding planning, progress and results of weekly and monthly activities

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering/Management/Supply Chain from reputable university.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in related position, preferably from Food and Beverage Industry

• Having experience in planning and forecasting

• Able to make decision and problem solving

• Strong leadership, analytical and strategical thingking
