We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Recruitment Consultant to lead our recruitment team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive search, client relationship management, team leadership, and business development.
Responsibilities :
•? ?Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants to achieve hiring and revenue targets.
•? ?Develop and implement recruitment strategies across various industries and functions.
•? ?Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their talent acquisition needs.
•? ?Drive business development activities to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
•? ?Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and placement.
•? ?Ensure high-quality candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.
•? ?Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
•? ?Prepare recruitment reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.
•? ?Mentor and develop recruitment consultants to enhance productivity and professional growth.
Qualifications :
•? ?Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
•? ?Minimum 8–10 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or staffing services.
•? ?Proven experience leading recruitment teams and managing client accounts.
•? ?Strong business development and negotiation skills.
•? ?Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
•? ?Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving targets.
•? ?Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
