Legal Supervisor

SALARY RANGE:: ?90,000 – ?125,000 per month
WORK LOCATION: Ortigas
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 6:00pm

Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) from a recognized Philippine law school.
• Active Bar passer and valid member of the Integrated Bar of the
Philippines (IBP).
• 4–6 years post-bar legal experience, including at least 2 years of
working experience in qualified Philippine OLP institutions;
fintech/lending industry experience is mandatory.
• Proven independent experience in direct liaison and business
handling with SEC and AMLC.
• Solid knowledge of RA 9474, AMLC regulations and SEC
memorandum circulars.
• Familiar with external law firm management and cross-institutional
legal project cooperation.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; Filipino language skill is a
plus.
• Strong risk awareness, independent judgment and cross-
departmental coordination capabilities.

We are hiring a Legal Supervisor to oversee and manage the company’s daily legal and compliance operations for our fintech and online lending business.
The ideal candidate holds a Philippine law degree and active IBP Bar
membership, with solid fintech/lending industry experience. Candidates must have working experience in qualified Philippine Online Lending Platform
(OLP) institutions, with hands-on experience in SEC/AMLC regulatory liaison and external law firm collaboration.
