Job Description:
- Prepare, revise, and maintain engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Develop and modify CNC programs for machining operations (Milling and/or Turning).
- Prepare cost estimations and customer quotations based on technical drawings and project specifications.
- Create, update, and maintain engineering data and documents in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, and Purchasing departments to ensure accurate quotations and smooth project execution.
- Provide technical support to the production team during manufacturing processes.
- Maintain engineering documentation, including drawings, CNC programs, and technical records.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of CNC programming (G-code) and machining processes.
- Good understanding of ERP systems and able to use ERP software for engineering-related activities.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and machining principles.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
