Position Overview 

We are seeking a highly skilled Post-sale Senior IT Engineer to join our technical

service team. In this role, you will serve as a core technical expert responsible for the end-to-end delivery of H3C IT products. Your responsibilities will bridge pre-sales validation and post-sales execution, covering proof-of-concept (PoC) testing, large- scale project delivery, and advanced troubleshooting for production environments.

Key Responsibilities

1.  PoC Testing & Technical Validation

·       Design, set up, and execute complex Proof of Concept (PoC) environments to demonstrate the capabilities of H3C IT products to prospective enterprise clients.

·       Conduct performance benchmarking and feature validation for H3C server lines, storage, and virtualization stacks.

·       Translate client business objectives into precise technical test cases and validation reports.

2.  Project Delivery & Implementation

·       Lead the deployment and configuration of H3C Hyper-Converged

Infrastructure (HCI) solutions.

·       Deploy, configure, and optimize H3C CAS and CloudOS platforms for private and hybrid cloud architectures.

·       Author critical project documentation, including Low-Level Designs (LLD), High- Level Designs (HLD), acceptance test plans, and user migration strategies.

3.  Maintenance & Live Network Support

·       Act as the tier-2 technical escalation point for live production issues, ensuring strict adherence to strict SLA targets.

·       Perform deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) for complex system failures, performance bottlenecks, and cloud platform anomalies.

·       Coordinate directly with H3C headquarters R&D teams when software patches, hotfixes, or custom engineering workarounds are required.

Job Requirements Education & Experience

·       Degree: Full time Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.

·       Experience: 5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure delivery, with a proven track record of acting as the Technical Leader on major data center or cloud migration projects.

Technical Skill Set

·       Deep configuration and architectural knowledge of H3C IT Products (H3C UniServer lines, UIS HCI solutions, CloudOS, and CAS platforms).

·       Strong proficiency in enterprise virtualization ecosystems, cloud computing models, and storage networking (SAN/NAS).

·       Solid understanding of underlying data center networking components (VLANs, routing protocols, and virtual switches) as they interface with compute nodes.

Languages & Communication

·       English: Full professional proficiency. Must be capable of utilizing English as your primary working language for technical documentation, meetings, and cross-border team collaboration.

·       Mandarin (Chinese): (plus factor). The ability to communicate in Chinese is a significant advantage for direct technical alignment and escalation handling with H3C’s principal R&D teams.
