Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
Identify new business opportunities and promote stainless steel products to potential clients.
Achieve sales targets and support overall business expansion initiatives.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
Develop new market opportunities within the stainless steel industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and project execution.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the stainless steel industry.
Strong knowledge of stainless steel sheet products, including plate, galvalume, HRC, CRC, GI, and GL.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Possess a valid SIM A & SIM C driving license.
Familiar with the Jabodetabek area and market.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
