We are currently looking for an Ecommerce Marketplace Operation Executive "We are currently looking for an Ecommerce Marketplace Operation Executive to join our team for the Malaysia market.

This position is responsible for managing and operating our stores on Shopee Shop and TikTok Shop, supporting campaign execution, handling marketplace operations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth daily store performance.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and passionate about Ecommerce. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have basic English communication skills for daily work coordination.

B. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and handle daily store operations on TikTok Shop and Shopee.

2. Plan, run, and optimise TikTok Shop Ads and Shopee Ads to improve sales performance.

3. Prepare clear briefs for the Media/Design team for images and videos aligned with monthly campaigns (able to design simple visuals if needed). Ensure brand consistency across all e-commerce platforms in Malaysia.

4. Monitor shipment status, handle customer service, and respond to customer inquiries within the platforms.

5. Monitor store performance, campaign performance, and daily sales data.

6. Print orders and send order details to the warehouse/group for packing.

7. Support campaign setup, voucher setup, product optimisation, and platform promotions.

8. Conduct competitor research and analysis; learn from effective strategies and implement suitable actions.

9. Collaborate with the Leader/Manager to plan monthly campaign activities.

C. Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of experience managing TikTok Shop or Shopee stores.

2. Have experience running TikTok Shop Ads and Shopee Ads.

3. Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are an advantage.

4. Strong analytical skills for reading data and competitor analysis.

5. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Creative in proposing ideas for sales campaigns.

7. Detail-oriented, responsible, and good time management.

8. Basic English communication skills (able to communicate and work in English).

9. Experience in the beauty/skincare industry is a plus.

D. Salary & Benefits

1. Salary: Negotiable based on experience and capability: Income range: 4 - 6 million IDR + performance bonus if achieving good results and sales targets.

E. Working Time

1. Full-time position.

2.Working days: Monday – Saturday.
