Job Description:

• Contact potential or existing leads to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and requirements
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Generate new customers for the company as well as passing higher usage leads to Sales team
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements:

• Final year student or fresh graduate from any major
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience selling or marketing is a plus but is not required
• Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
• Good sales ability and ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Have a positive, can-do attitude, extraordinary hustle, disdain for failure, and hunger/appreciation for feedback
