Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting; CPA/Brevet A & B is an advantage.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial position, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Previous experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, including:
Product Costing (Full Costing & Variable Costing)
Cost of Goods Sold (COGS/HPP)
Cost Variance Analysis
Inventory Accounting (Raw Material, Work in Process/WIP, Finished Goods)
Stock Opname & Inventory Reconciliation
Fixed Asset Accounting, including Capex management and asset depreciation.
Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation, including:
PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT (PPN)
Corporate Income Tax (SPT Tahunan Badan)
Experience with Coretax implementation and tax reporting
Transfer Pricing documentation is an advantage, particularly in a group company environment.
Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), especially:
PSAK 1 – Presentation of Financial Statements
PSAK 14 – Inventories
PSAK 16 – Property, Plant & Equipment
PSAK 73 – Leases
Up to date with the latest PSAK developments.
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (FI/CO/MM preferred); experience with Oracle, Accurate, or Odoo is an advantage.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, and basic Macro knowledge.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with experience managing an accounting team.
Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and integrity.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Accounting Department to ensure all accounting operations are conducted accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Prepare, review, and ensure the timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK.
Oversee manufacturing accounting activities, including product costing, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), cost variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
Monitor inventory accounting for Raw Materials, Work in Process (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG), including stock reconciliation and stock opname.
Manage fixed asset accounting, including capital expenditure (Capex), asset capitalization, depreciation, and asset register maintenance.
Develop, monitor, and control the company's annual budget, forecasts, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including Coretax, VAT (PPN), Withholding Taxes (PPh 21, 23, 4(2)), Corporate Income Tax, and other statutory tax obligations.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Analyze financial performance, manufacturing costs, and operational efficiency, providing recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
Ensure the effective utilization and optimization of the ERP system (SAP) and support continuous process improvements through system enhancements.
Lead, develop, mentor, and evaluate the Accounting team to build a high-performing and competent organization.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK), corporate governance, and statutory regulations.
