Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Engineering / Informatics Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Designer (UI/UX)
Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research and identify business needs as the basis for designing the online assessment application interface
• Develop user flow, information architecture, wireframe, mockup, and prototype (including mockup/prototype for the pre-development phase as the basis for BRD agreement)
• Design responsive, consistent, user-friendly UI that complies with UX standards — covering participant dashboard, assessor workspace (split-screen + smart tagging), admin dashboard, and leadership analytics dashboard
• Collaborate with front-end programmers, back-end programmers, and stakeholders to ensure implementation aligns with the design
• Conduct usability testing, evaluate feedback, and refine the design
• Develop and maintain design systems, design guidelines, and interface assets
Added Value:
• Portfolio of enterprise applications/analytics dashboards
• Experience designing online examination/assessment applications
• Familiarity with Figma and design tokens for developer handoff.
