Responsibilities:
Manage daily configuration and maintenance of network hardware (Switches, Routers, APs) for HQ, branches, and stores.
Configure and optimize routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP) and VLAN management.
Manage inter-branch connectivity, including SD-WAN, MPLS communication links, and VPNs.
Operate network monitoring systems (NMS such as Zabbix/PRTG) for traffic.
Provide high-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for all LAN/WAN issues.
Apply network device security policies (ACLs, Port Security) and coordinate with IT Security.
Create and update comprehensive network technical documentation and device inventory.
Qualifications:
Minimum D3/S1 degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Network Administrator or Network Engineer.
Proficient in advanced routing protocols (BGP/OSPF) and VLAN management.
Experience with SD-WAN, VPNs (IPsec/SSL), and network monitoring tools.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, or MTCNA/MTCRE are highly preferred.
Logical, detail-oriented, responsive, and systematic problem-solving skills.
Willing to be placed at the Head Office in Depok.
