Requirements :
Minimum bachelor degree in Pharmacy / Apothecary.
Experienced in the same position at least 1-3 years.
Specific of the Goods customs clearance knowledge: document flow, procedure for customs costs assessment, calculation of customs payments.
Knowledge with the regulation of Pharmacy Industries.
Having certification of CPOB, SJH, CPKRTB, CPKB, ISO9001, GPOCP.
Responsibility, efficiency, ability to make quick decisions, attentiveness, proactivity
Job Description :
To ensure compliance with customs laws + regulations.
To demonstrate knowledge of Custom Clearance requirement and activities.
To classify goods for customs clearance activity in an accurate manner.
Contribute towards maintaining compliance to include legal/statutory, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations relating to insert as applicable financial, health and safety, ISO etc.
To assist in the supervision of all compliance procedures and systems used by the organization.
Maintain accurate compliance records.
Verification of the Company`s internal contracts with respect to logistics and customs clearance warehouse.
Control expenses to meet budgetary controls
