QA/QC Manager & MR

Jobs Description

1. Lead and manage the implementation of Quality Assurance & act as Quality Management Representative for the company.

2. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company regulations.

3. Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems and Continuous Improvement programs.

4. Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external parties related to certification and compliance.

5. Manage & control Quality Production Process from incoming process, in-process & outgoing process to ensure consistency of Built-in Quality Process

6. Manage customer's claims & complains.

7. Manage & ensure all laboratorium & measurement devices are callibrated as scheduled

8. Lead, supervise, and direct the Quality Assurance/Quality Control team.

9. Prepare Quality reports and provide improvement recommendations to management.

10. Coordinate and support continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.

11. Create & manage annual dept.budget

12. Willing to travel for business purposes when required.

Jobs Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy.

2. Language: English communicative level.

3. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Management Representative, Quality Assurance/Quality Control in Manufacturing companies on Automotive industry.

4. Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949.

5. Certified Lead Auditor for ISO standards.

6. Strong leadership skills

7. Good decision making ability

8. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

9. Basic knowledge of technical drawings, including dimensional tolerances

10. Proficient in quality management methods and continuous improvement/Kaizen.

11. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

12. Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

13. Willing to be based in Tangerang.
