Description

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience Level: 18 months years of experience in technical support or service desk roles
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Service Desk operations and technical support methodologies
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with occasional remote support
