IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled?IT Support Staff to provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and support services for computer systems, hardware and software. Set up security and privacy of networks and computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
• Set up and maintain printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Maintain records of repairs, installations, and support requests.
• Ensure network and system security, performing routine maintenance and updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Computer Technician, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Familiarity with networking (routers, modems, switches, and firewalls).
• Ability to diagnose and repair hardware issues efficiently.
