About The Company:

• The working venue is in South Jakarta.

• Our client is a Chemical (Resin) company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales of resin products

• Promote and propose suitable resin solutions based on customers' technical and commercial requirements

• Conduct regular customer visits to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities

• Prepare Sales Data and Documentation

• Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from any major

• High-conversational level of English, preferably can speak Mandarin

• At least 3 years experience as Sales handling Plastic Resin preferably from Japanese companies

• Good understanding of resin, engineering plastics, or chemical products and their applications in manufacturing industries

• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
