HR Operation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to join PT Panin Asset Management in Head Office (Bursa Efek Indonesia, Jakarta). This is a position that will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources operations and contributing to the effective management of our employee relations and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance with employment regulations, and the seamless execution of HR initiatives across the organisation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Psychology or a field relevant to Human Resources.

• 2–3 years of experience as an HR generalist or in HR operations. preferably with exposure to compliance/regulatory reporting.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/attendance systems.

• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling data and administrative documents.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• Enjoys people-facing activities (for event execution).

• High integrity with the ability to maintain data confidentiality.

• Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilites:

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and documentation.

• Prepare and compile routine regulatory and compliance reports.

• Collect data and administrative documents to support various compliance and sustainability initiatives.

• Support employee disciplinary administration processes.

• Assist in drafting company policies and regulations.

• Handle payroll-related administration, including attendance data, overtime calculation, and BPJS management.

• Prepare periodic employee data reports and respond to data requests from relevant divisions.

• Contribute to organizational development initiatives such as performance management, manpower planning, and job description review.
