Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls or emails or live chats.
Understand customer concerns and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Build positive and lasting relationships through professional communication.
Deliver accurate information using the appropriate tools and resources.
Resolve customer issues by offering effective solutions and following up until they are completed.
Record customer interactions and maintain accurate account documentation.
Follow company procedures, communication standards, and internal policies.
Qualifications
Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates from any educational background.
Fluent in German (Deutsch) is required.
Good communication skills in both German and English.
Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to different situations and personalities.
Fast learner with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively.
Minimum Senior High School graduate; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) is a plus.
Comfortable working collaboratively in a team.
Willing to work onsite at RDTX Square, South Jakarta.
Available to join immediately.
