About the Role

The client is seeking a high-caliber, multi-talented Virtual Assistant to join the team. They are consolidating their operations into a single, powerhouse role. This is a unique hybrid position requiring a proactive professional who can seamlessly pivot between high-energy appointment setting, client relationship management, social media engagement, and meticulous financial administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Appointment Setting (Core Focus): Proactively call and follow up with leads, build rapid rapport over the phone, and convert social media DM inquiries into scheduled appointments.
  • Platform & Pipeline Management: Optimize GoHighLevel to track lead follow-ups, manage sales pipelines, and maintain basic automation workflows.
  • Calendar & Schedule Coordination: Serve as the gatekeeper for scheduling, ensuring seamless calendar management with zero conflicts.
  • Administrative Support & Data Security: Assist with essential data entry, documentation, and form filling. Securely manage sensitive client financial data adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
  • Digital Engagement, Design & Community Support: Manage online social media engagement to maintain a warm, welcoming digital presence. Utilize Canva to design eye-catching promotional flyers and marketing assets as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in outbound appointment setting, sales, or executive financial administrative roles.
  • English Fluency: Fantastic verbal and written communication. Exceptional phone etiquette and conversational skills are mandatory.
  • Technical & Digital Marketing Proficiency: Hands-on experience or strong comfort level with GoHighLevel. Experience navigating Facebook Ads Manager and a strong design eye using Canva to create flyers are highly beneficial/plus factors for this role.
  • Proactive & Self-Driven: A professional who stays busy, identifies areas of improvement, and drives results without needing constant direction.
  • Meticulously Detail-Oriented: Absolute precision when filling out financial forms and handling sensitive client data.
  • Master of Multi-Tasking: Ability to smoothly transition between phone calls, data entry, content creation, and DM management throughout the day.
  • Trustworthy: A proven track record of loyalty and tenure in previous virtual roles.
