Technical Architect
Requirements:
1.? ?A solid interest in prefabrication and modular construction;
2.? ??Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related programs;
3.? ??Preferred minimal of 2 years' experience working at an architectural office; experience in a prefab company or modular projects is preferable;
4.? ??Experience in wood and steel constructions; in-depth understanding of joint and connection details;
5.? ??Extensive knowledge of construction materials;
6.? ??Proficiency in using Revit.
Responsibilities:
1.? ?Involvement in research and development of prefab components (walls, floors, ceilings, etc.), including 3D modeling and producing production drawings.
2.? ??Collaborating with other members of the architecture team, as well as the interior design team, manufacturing team, and construction team;
3.? ??Ability to assist with on-site technical issues; develop, iterate, and deliver design solutions promptly and consistently.
