Description
- Provide medical assistance and care to employees in the organization.
- Conduct health assessments and maintain accurate records of employee health data.
- Develop and implement health programs and initiatives to promote workplace wellness.
- Administer first aid and respond to medical emergencies effectively.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and manage referrals as necessary.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field and should be a REGISTERED NURSE
- Experience Level: Entry Level (0–2 years)
- Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)/CPR.
- Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (Desirable)
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Strong focus and attention to detail
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in typing and record-keeping
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and professionalism
