As the first point of contact, call center agents provide timely and effective support to customers. They respond to inquiries, troubleshoot concerns, process transactions, update customer information, and ensure every interaction results in a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer calls and provide timely assistance.
Explain products, services, and company policies clearly.
Address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions.
Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
Record detailed notes for every customer interaction.
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
