Obstetrician & Gynecologist (Sp.OG)

Branch Location: Filmore Medical Clinic - Canggu, Bali

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological consultations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in accordance with evidence-based medical practice.

• Deliver high-quality medical care across women's health services, including reproductive health, pregnancy care, contraception, fertility counseling, menopause management, and preventive gynecological care.

• Perform obstetric and gynecological procedures within the scope of professional competency, including Pap Smear, colposcopy, contraceptive procedures, ultrasound examinations, and other relevant clinical procedures.

• Educate patients on women's health, disease prevention, reproductive wellness, family planning, pregnancy, menopause, and healthy lifestyle recommendations.

• Develop personalized treatment plans while ensuring a compassionate, patient-centered, and holistic healthcare experience.

• Accurately document medical records, consultation notes, treatment plans, prescriptions, and clinical procedures in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with General Practitioners, Nutritionists, Mental Health Professionals, Dermatologists, Pediatricians, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.

• Support health education activities, community outreach programs, workshops, webinars, and promotional events organized by the Company.

• Maintain compliance with Indonesian medical regulations, professional ethics, patient safety standards, and Company clinical protocols.

Requirements

• Specialist Doctor (Sp.OG) with a valid and active STR.

• Possess an active SIP or be eligible to obtain one in Bali.

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an Obstetrician & Gynecologist in a hospital, maternity hospital, or outpatient clinic is preferred.

• Experience in women's wellness, preventive medicine, fertility, aesthetic gynecology, or minimally invasive gynecological procedures is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.

• Passionate about delivering holistic, compassionate, and patient-centered care.

• Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, is highly preferred.
