The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's inventory operations to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient inventory control. This role supervises inventory staff, monitors the receiving, storage, and issuance of goods, conducts regular stock counts and audits, and investigates inventory discrepancies. The Inventory Supervisor maintains accurate inventory records, prepares reports, coordinates with purchasing, warehouse, and other departments to ensure product availability, and implements inventory control procedures that improve operational efficiency. The role also ensures compliance with company policies and promotes a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
