Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. Strong understanding in technology is a must with strong wide contacts in the various retail groups within the industry. The candidate will be joining the dynamic sales team to develop and expand the markets nationwide. Eagerness to travel and an outgoing personality is an advantage.

Key responsibilities are:

• Identify and understand current trends and customer needs.

• Strong ability in approaching and canvassing for new customers.

• Establish and maintain effective business relations with existing customers whilst developing new sales opportunities.

• Keen to learning new things

• High drive and motivation to learn and master product attaining good product knowledge.

• Great interpersonal team and able to work as a team.
   

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess diploma or degree from recognized institution.

• Minimum 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing of Retail Security & Technology related products such POS systems, cash register, mannequins/shop fittings, racking systems etc.

• Possess driving license - SIM A or C.

• Computer literate - Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint and Canva.

• Understands and able to utilise Social Media Platforms like Instagram and Linkedin.

•  Able to work independently.

• Sales oriented, highly motivated, strong in communication and negotiation skills

•  Able to meet up to challenges and possess good character.

• Willing to travel within Indonesia.
