Job Overview 

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and motivated graduates from Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, looking to build a career in hydraulic systems, filtration technology, and engineering services.

With an entrepreneurial spirit, you will experience hands-on learnings across design, project planning & management, and technical support areas in our Engineering Workshop in BSD City, supporting projects across various industries, including mining, marine, power generation, pulp & paper, cement, tire, and other manufacturing & process industries.

An excellent opportunity to accelerate your technical expertise and prepare for future positions such as Design Engineer, Project & Service Engineer, Application Engineer, or other roles beyond Engineering.

Job Responsibilities

Engineering & Design

• Assist in designing hydraulic systems and mechanical/electrical assemblies

• Prepare engineering drawings, layouts, and Bills of Materials (BOM)

• Support engineering calculations and technical documentation using engineering software

Project & Service

• Assist in equipment installation, commissioning, testing, and system start-up

• Support preventive maintenance, inspections, and servicing of hydraulic and filtration systems

• May participate in site visits and project execution under the guidance of senior engineers

Technical Support

• Assist the Sales and Engineering teams by providing technical support and discussions

• Participate in product and systems demonstrations and customer training

• Prepare technical reports and service documentations

Learning & Development

• Learn HYDAC products, hydraulic systems, filtration technologies, and engineering standards

• Develop problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills

• Follow all company HSE regulations and business ethics

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Bachelor's Degree in: Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering

• Minimum GPA 2.8

• Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems (preferred), mechanical systems, electrical systems and instrumentation (advantage), industrial automation (advantage)

• Familiar with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable in English, other languages an advantage, mainly for technical requirements and customer relationships

• Passionate about engineering, eager to learn, flexible, open-minded, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team

• Willing to be based in BSD City under own arrangement (not assignment-based)

• Self-motivated, and with high drive for our common goals
