Operations Forwader (Ocean Freight)

Qualification :

• America routing operator experienced and cargo wise system advance to recruitment.

• Proven experience with AMS (Automated Manifest System) and IFS (Importer Security Filing).

• Able to handle bookings and manage documentation for various sea liner companies, including EMC, COSCO, CMA, OOCL, MSK, MSC, WHL, ONE, YML, HPL, ZIM, SITC, KMTC, INTERASIA and HMM.

• Possesses a strong understanding of booking procedures, charges, and regulations. 

• Fluent in English

• Minimum of 2 years of logistics experience.
   

Job Description

• Act as the key point of contact for internal and external customer service teams.

• Receive, manage, and monitor shipment bookings, registrations, and process customer orders.

• Create and verify transport with intermodals teams to ensure pickup and delivery of customer orders.

• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and to a high standard.

• Utilize management systems to check shipment statuses.

• Identifying and resolving incidents immediately to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience. 

• In addition to day-to-day activities, you may be required to actively participate in projects to meet operational and customer service excellence.
