Basic Qualifications
- High School Graduate / Vocational Graduate / TESDA Certified
- With NC II Certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance (preferred)
- At least 1–2 years experience as Electrician
- Knowledgeable in electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Familiar with safety procedures and electrical standards
- Physically fit and willing to do field work
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Honest, responsible, and hardworking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, warehouse, or construction setup
- Knowledge in solar products and power systems
- Can read electrical diagrams and plans
- With driver’s license is an advantage
Technical Skills
- Installation of electrical wiring and lighting systems
- Troubleshooting electrical problems
- Repair and maintenance of electrical equipment
- Knowledge in breakers, panels, switches, and circuit systems
- Ability to use electrical tools and testing devices
- Basic knowledge in solar / lighting systems is an advantage
