Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to customers.
• Assist customers by providing product information and recommendations.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and replenished on shelves.
• Monitor stock levels and report low or out-of-stock items.
• Check product quality, pricing, and expiration dates (if applicable).
• Maintain cleanliness and attractiveness of the assigned display area.
• Implement promotional activities and merchandising standards.
• Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.
• Build and maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Observe competitor activities and provide market feedback to the supervisor.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college level is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and willing to stand for extended periods.
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as required.
