Marketing Executive Chemical - Jakarta - WFO (ID: 701247)

PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Chemical company in finding great talent as a Marketing Executive with the requirement as follows:

Working location: North Jakarta

Job Responsibility:

• Supervising all accounting activities: including reviewing and controlling all payments and receipts, bank reconciliation and tenants billing.

• Support sales and marketing activities, including planning and execution

• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, including overseas clients, and provide after-sales support

• Conduct market analysis, including monitoring industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies

• Assist in expanding market reach and identifying new business opportunities

• Gather and update relevant market and commercial data to support business decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from chemical engineering, chemistry or engineering.

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power point).

• Experience in a multi-cultural business environment will be an added advantage

• Minimum 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Customer Support within the plastics, rubber, or polymer industry.

• Strong presentation, interpersonal, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.

• Customer-oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team, even in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

• Hands-on sales experience and solid technical knowledge of polymer materials.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
